Travel introduces understanding

Maya Angelou was an American poet, singer, dancer and author. Active in the civil rights movement, Maya worked with both Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcom X. She recited her poem “On the pulse of morning” at former president Bill Clinton’s first inauguration in 1993.
